I love writing. Everything about it appeals to me. From the idea to the final product, whether that is a short story, a play, or a film script. From there, it is read, acted, or film.  It’s like baking a cake or making a pie. You work at it, put it all together, and in the end you enjoy it. Unfortunately, there after you have to live with the consequences. And the consequences of writing can be metaphorically comparable to one’s writing. After reading, hearing, or seeing the work, you may get a stomach ache, sleepy, or, at the very least, gain some weight (mental). So here you will find some examples of my work in various areas. Under PLAYS AND SCRIPTS you will find ENDINGS, a short piece I plan to shoot soon. It’s nothing too dynamic, just a statement that I made about…well, the state of things as I see them at any particular time.  Then you will see a short play called RED BUTTON which has been produced twice to date. It is scheduled to be shot this summer. It’s a humorous piece that combines speculative history with theatrical sensibility and a lot of silliness: In other words its just plain fun.  Under CREATIVE you will find DRINKING WITH ED WOOD JR, WHY EDWARD CANNOT RHUMBA, and THE ORCHID. I am very proud of all three of these pieces of short film. There are no plans to turn them into anything other than what they are because I think they are perfect (with the possible exception of some grammatical or spelling errors). And finally, under POETRY you will find my…uh…poetry. Its not great, in cases, not even good, but it is what it is and it shows a side of me that I don’t often admit too. So read away, enjoy, laugh, cringe, cry, puke…its up to you. I like ‘em.
